We were in Stony Brook for a family wedding & the accommodation suited our needs perfectly. The location was where we needed to be & a bonus was that you could walk into Stony Brook village, which is so pretty. There were 3 very generous bedrooms and the house furnishings were very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and tonnes of living space downstairs. The outdoor veranda was beautiful and we even got to use this space in November. The host was very responsive to all requests and came back to us really quickly each time we made contact. An additional shower would have been great, however, a historical house will always have it's limitations, so it wasn't a big deal.

Hasmik has a beautiful and cozy home. She goes above and beyond for her quests. Not just with the property but with her communication before, during and after our stay. She is also so accommodating. If we have an opportunity to come back to NY we will for sure stay at this property.

Hasmik was an exceptional host, very responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect for our needs and close to SUNY Stony Brook where we were attending events. I would definitely stay there again!

Hasmik was very friendly and helpful! When my teen had an unfortunate upset stomach and vomited outside on the driveway, I asked where the hose was, so that I could clean up. Within minutes, before I knew he had the hose out, her brother took care of the full clean-up. They were both great, and (other than the tummy bug) we had a very comfortable stay!

The hostess is amazing. She’s friendly and very responsive. I am honored to be the first guest at this location. The place is very clean and comfortable. It’s a nice cozy room with the basic amenities (microwave, mini refrigerator, blow dryer) and most importantly, ample outlets? I felt safe as there are cameras around the house. Also a driveway for parking your car. I would definitely recommend this place and would also want to come again. 🙂

Hasmik was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our needs. This place is a hidden gem! I almost wish I could keep this a secret! We loved the house with all its amenities. It has a beautiful view. It’s so peaceful and serene. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 5 and two dogs. We will definitely return!

Came here for a quick girls weekend and it was the perfect spot! Beautiful house and especially loved the big, heated pool! We were also able to walk to the beach and it was a short drive into the main town area, so a very convenient location. Hasmik was also very kind and responsive when we had questions! Definitely recommend
