This home is gorgeous with many classic touches. It is spacious, sunny and in the perfect location! We were able to walk to a beautiful beach in 5 minutes. And the communication was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Hasmik is an amazing, very responsive host. The apartment was beautiful, clean and just aa shown in the photos. It’s located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Definitely recommended to anybody visiting Stony brook!

This place has a great location close to all different areas in the Hamptons and the pool area is like a beautiful private oasis. loved our stay and will definitely come again.

This spot was even better than the photos. The house is cute, and the backyard and pool area is massive. The location has “serene green” a 1 min drive away, a beach less than 5 minutes away, and the town of Sag Harbor less than 10 minutes away.

Hasmik was a wonderful host, and this home was so beautiful and full of vintage charm. I highly, highly recommend! It was clean, beautiful, lots of natural lighting, the beds were comfy, especially in the master suite (it was my favorite!). We loved sitting on the porch and hearing the birds. It was serene and peaceful from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. I highly, highly recommend this home and Hasmik as a host! Thank you for everything, Hasmik!

This is not your ordinary Airbnb. It’s a little trip through history in a beautiful home, on the water in a quiet inlet, that was obviously loved and cared for. Highly recommended

Many thanks to Hasmik for allowing us to use her beautiful home. The home, the location and setting are spectacular - waterfront with an expansive yard and beautiful sunsets. Very much felt like we were being welcomed into a family home, very personal space and with much warmth and history. The surroundings are impeccable,a peaceful bay, dock, gazebo, wild life including an osprey nest on the tallest tree.

If you have any activity at Stony Brook University, this is the place to stay. Near the University and close to many restaurants and things to do. Very comfortable apartment with everything that you need for a relaxing, stress free visit or vacation. If I ever am in this area again, I would for sure stay here.

Hasmik was a great host and very responsive. the house itself is beautiful and is very peaceful. A great place for family or friends to come together. We will definitely be considering this house again if we come back to this area of Long Island.
