This apartment is very clean and comfortable and in a perfect location to access Stony Brook University. The hosts are very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is right in the heart of Stony Brook village. It is a beautiful town and the home was prepared wonderfully. We made the reservation on a pretty short notice and it was still set up perfectly. As we arrived the dining room table was set for the exact number of people we had on the reservation. Hasmik's amazing attention to detail is something that I have not seen in many other places. You can tell immediately she truly wants to ensure her guests enjoy their stays

Went to a wedding in the area and this house was perfect! Plenty of space to get ready and the Host allowed us to check in early since the wedding was earlier than check in. Having complimentary coffee and tea was a welcome treat! Would definitely recommend for others and will definitely be back in we find ourselves in the area again!

We had a lovely experience at this home over Thanksgiving break! Co-hosts Hasmik and Artur were very responsive and even helped us out in-person during the holiday. We were a multi-generational group and all enjoyed our stay. Parents enjoyed the quiet surroundings and kitchen full of amenities, coffee, and tea. I went for a brisk morning run to the commercial area 1.5 miles away. The kid enjoyed relaxing on the plush, comfy couches. Would definitely stay here and book with Hasmik and Artur again!

Hasmik has a beautiful and cozy home. She goes above and beyond for her quests. Not just with the property but with her communication before, during and after our stay. She is also so accommodating. If we have an opportunity to come back to NY we will for sure stay at this property.

Hasmik was an exceptional host, very responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect for our needs and close to SUNY Stony Brook where we were attending events. I would definitely stay there again!

Came here for a quick girls weekend and it was the perfect spot! Beautiful house and especially loved the big, heated pool! We were also able to walk to the beach and it was a short drive into the main town area, so a very convenient location. Hasmik was also very kind and responsive when we had questions! Definitely recommend

This place has a great location close to all different areas in the Hamptons and the pool area is like a beautiful private oasis. loved our stay and will definitely come again.
